Okay, so I know this post is a little late, but, well, better late than never. We had a lovely Fourth of July this year, celebrating at the Los Alamitos Naval Base for a few hours and then returning home to watch fireworks with our neighbors. We've always been able to see fireworks from our house from three local places, but this year, with fireworks becoming legal in Huntington Beach, our entire neighborhood went firework crazy! The kids had a blast with sparklers and the like, before settling in to watch the larger show. In spite of the oddly overcast weather, it was a great day!
