Today we ventured back to our local mission to pan for gold and make our own adobe bricks. Oh how I love the fourth grade social studies curriculum! Lucky for me, so did our boys, who enthusiastically embraced the opportunity to get wet and muddy.
The upside of our hectic weekly schedule (read: baseball schedule) is that we've really been intentional with our weekend family time. On the way home from the mission, Nolan actually said, "We sure do fun things on the weekends." Isn't that happy?
