My sissy came out for a quick visit this weekend, and we had such a great time! There weren't any huge plans, just lots of laughing and family togetherness.
On Friday, Sissy came with me to pick up the boys at school, and they were delighted to see her, of course!

Ben gets out of school at 11:30, so we made a beeline to In-N-Out for lunch at Sissy's request. Apparently, they don't have these in North Carolina, which makes them all the more inviting.

After we picked up Nolan from school, the boys enjoyed some play time with the family.

They enjoyed the fangs that Auntie brought them . . .

. . . and Nolan put on a little mini-concert.

Later, we all headed to Wahoo's for dinner, another restaurant that is apparently missing in Raleigh.

On Saturday, my very tired husband watched the boys all day long, so that Mom, Sissy and I could have a much needed girls' day. We drove all the way out to Cabazon in search of shopping outlets, and we had an amazing time just being together.

Of course, no one else in the family really believed that our GPS lady completely freaked out on us on the way back and seemed to deliberately get us lost in Rubidoux. It's totally true, though! I honestly can't remember the last time any of us laughed that hard. Such a great and funny adventure. :)

On Sunday, Nana and Burl joined us in their purple for more togetherness.

I always love how hard Noli laughs when Auntie is around. . .

Such a great visit! Miss you already, Sissy!
