Yesterday, Nolan and I went on a field trip with his class to California Pizza Kitchen in Fashion Island. We got to tour the kitchen and learn about temperatures, cooking times, and sanitation. There was even a refrigerator so big that the whole class fit into it. Best of all, each student got to make his or her own personal pizza to eat for lunch. Yum!
